Do I need to create an account to place an order?

What does "processing" mean for my order?
Once your order is placed, it enters the "processing" phase. This means our team is carefully selecting and preparing your items for shipment. We work efficiently to move your order to the shipping stage as quickly as possible.

What are your shipping costs?
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00 USD for US orders and $10.00 CAD for Canadian orders. As a special treat, enjoy complimentary shipping on all US orders over $85 USD and all Canadian orders over $120 CAD.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 12 business days thereafter, depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order embarks on its journey to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's progress.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Should your package be lost or arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all orders. The window begins on the date your package is delivered to your address.
Mailing Deadline: Once you receive your return shipping label, you have 5 business days to drop the package off with the carrier, otherwise the return will be voided.

How do I initiate a return?
To begin, visit your customer profile page and select 'Return' next to the item.
You will receive an automated email asking you to choose between our two return options (110% Store Credit or Refund). You must reply to this email with your choice to proceed. Once we receive your reply, it takes 1-2 business days to process your request and email you the prepaid shipping label.

Can I return items marked as final sale?
No, products listed as final sale are not eligible for return. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing final sale items.
Who pays for return shipping?
We offer free return shipping on US orders over $85 USD and Canadian orders over $120 CAD when you choose the 110% store credit option. For all other returns, a flat-rate return shipping fee applies ($7.00 USD for US orders and $10.00 CAD for Canadian orders).
How long does it take to process a return?
There are two processing times to keep in mind:
- Label Processing: After you reply to our return email, please allow 1-2 business days for us to issue your shipping label.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your package at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and for the funds or credit to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
The fastest way to receive a new item is to choose the store credit option when making your return. You can then immediately place a new order. Please note, our 110% store credit bonus does not apply to international orders, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the new order.
