General Return Guidelines (For All Orders)

 

  • Return Window: You have 30 days to initiate a return for store credit or a refund.
    • For domestic US orders, the window begins on the date of delivery to your address.
    • For international forwarding orders, the window begins on the date of delivery to your US-based forwarding address.
  • Item Condition: We accept returns on items that are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Final Sale: Products listed as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate Your Return

 

To begin any return, please visit your customer account page HERE. Select ‘Return’ next to the product you wish to send back. Our system will guide you through the process and email you your domestic (US) shipping label. After this step, please follow the specific instructions below based on your location.


 

Domestic US Returns

 

This policy applies to all customers with a shipping address within the United States and its territories.

 

Your Return Options

 

For Items Priced Over $85 (Our Premium Return Service):

  • Option 1: 110% Store Credit: Receive 110% of the item's purchase price as a store credit, with free return shipping.
  • Option 2: Refund: Receive a full refund to your original payment method, less a $7.00 return shipping label fee.

For Items Priced Under $85:

  • Option 1: 110% Store Credit: Receive 110% of the item's purchase price as a store credit, less a $7.00 return shipping label fee.
  • Option 2: Refund: Receive a full refund to your original payment method, less a $7.00 return shipping label fee.

 

International Returns (via Package Forwarding)

 

This policy applies to all orders shipped internationally using a service like Shipito. Please note that due to the complexities of cross-border shipping, our 110% Store Credit promotion does not apply to these orders.

 

Return Process & Responsibilities

 

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with returning an item from an international location.

  • Step 1: Initiate Your Return with Us: Follow the standard process on our site to receive your pre-paid domestic (US) shipping label via email. 
  • Step 2: Ship the Item to Your US Forwarder: You must arrange and pay for the international shipping to send the item from your country back to your personal US address at your package forwarding service.
  • Step 3: Submit a "Special Request" with Your Forwarder: Log in to your forwarding service account (e.g., Shipito), find the returned package, and submit a "Special Request" or "Other Instruction." You must attach the pre-paid return label PDF you received from us and instruct them to use it to return the package.
  • Step 4: Refund/Credit Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item from the forwarder, we will process your refund or 100% store credit.

 

Summary of Costs & Disclaimers

 

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item from your country back to your US forwarding address.
  • You are responsible for paying your forwarding service's fees for handling the return (e.g., Shipito's "Special Request" fee).
  • Elevate & Adorn is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during international return transit.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to choose the store credit option when making your return. You can then immediately place a new order for your preferred item once your credit is issued.

 

Processing & Our Standards

 

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will process your chosen option within 5 to 7 business days. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our guidelines.
