Our Promise to You: A Simple & Flexible 30-Day Return Policy

At Elevate & Adorn, we curate collections designed to bring confidence and effortless elegance into your life. We hope you adore your selections, but if something isn't quite right, we’ve designed our return process to be as clear as possible.

1. Return Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • International Orders: Orders shipped to an International Forwarding address are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

2. How to Return (The 4-Step Process)

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Initiate in Portal Visit your customer account page HERE and select 'Return' next to the product.

Step 2: Watch Your Inbox & Reply You will receive an automated email detailing our two return options (Store Credit vs. Refund). You are required to reply to this email specifying "Option 1" or "Option 2" to proceed.

Step 3: Processing (1-2 Business Days) Once we receive your email reply, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your request. If approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Step 4: Ship Within 5 Days Once your shipping label is issued, you have 5 business days to drop the package off with the carrier.

  • Please Note: If the package is not scanned by the carrier within 5 business days of the label being issued, the return will be VOID and the label will be deactivated.

 


 

3. Your Return Options

We offer a flexible promotion-based policy. Choose the option that suits you best:

Option 1: 110% Store Credit (Best Value)

  • The Perk: We give you 110% of the item’s value as store credit.
  • The Cost:
    • Orders over $85: FREE return shipping.
    • Orders under $85: A $7.00 label fee is deducted.
  • Exchange Tip: This is the fastest way to exchange an item. Use your extra credit to grab the right size or style immediately!

Option 2: Refund to Original Method

  • The Perk: A standard refund back to your card or payment provider.
  • The Cost: A $7.00 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund total (regardless of order value).

 


 

Summary of Timeline

  • Request Processing: 1–2 Business days after you reply to our email.
  • Mailing Deadline: 5 Business days after receiving your label.
  • Refund/Credit Issuance: 5–7 Business days after we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse.
